Role Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist at Neotas, your role will involve a varied set of responsibilities focused on optimizing marketing and sales efforts. You will be instrumental in supporting the development, design, and management of sales and marketing collateral, as well as providing actionable intelligence. Collaboration with both marketing and sales teams will be crucial to ensure seamless operations, effective lead management, and enhanced conversion rates. Your responsibilities will also include data integrity maintenance, performance tracking, and implementing processes to boost efficiency and streamline sales and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Operations: - Technology & Automation: - Assist in implementing and optimizing marketing automation processes like workflows, lead nurturing cadence, lead scoring, email campaigns, and customized CRM objects. - Data & Analytics: - Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and progression through the sales funnel. - Manage data integrity and accuracy. - Oversee Google Analytics for tracking traffic, visitor engagement, conversions, demographics, and user behavior. - Marketing Process Optimization: - Standardize marketing workflows, planners, and procedures for enhanced efficiency and consistency. - Facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams. - Optimize website conversion rates for generating sales qualified inbound leads. - Lead Management & Pipeline Support: - Aid the sales team with lead scoring, segmented follow-ups, and playbooks to enhance effectiveness and conversions. - Assist in data collection for outbound campaigns. - Sales Operations: - Sales Enablement: - Develop and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, and guidelines to boost sales team effectiveness. - Support structured planning and execution of campaigns, events, and webinars for consistent lead generation. - Collaborate with finance on pricing, contracts, and invoicing processes. - Operational Excellence: - Facilitate daily team kick-off calls by tracking key topics such as meetings, leads, and updates. - Maintain a centralized repository of sales and marketing collateral for easy team access. - Ensure ongoing sales engagement with active conversations and open deals. - Competitive Intelligence & Social Media: - Gather and maintain competitive intelligence. - Support social media marketing initiatives, including monitoring, reporting, and optimization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or a related area. - 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a global setting. - Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot, designing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft tools, Marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes is a plus. - Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to drive business outcomes.
