✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
ï‚· Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer roll-out
ï‚· Collaborate with department heads to assess and fulfill staffing needs
ï‚· Maintain talent pipelines using job portals, consultancies, and social platforms
ï‚· Conduct HR interviews and manage salary negotiation process
✅ Onboarding & Joining Formalities
ï‚· Ensure smooth joining and documentation process for new employees
ï‚· Conduct orientation and induction programs
ï‚· Create and maintain personnel files and digital HR records
✅ Payroll & Compensation
ï‚· Oversee attendance, leave, and timesheet management
ï‚· Process payroll data and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement
ï‚· Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain accurate records
ï‚· Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities
✅ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
ï‚· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
ï‚· Facilitate resolution of workplace issues through empathy and professionalism
ï‚· Support implementation and adherence to company HR policies and code of conduct
✅ Employee Engagement
ï‚· Plan and implement engagement initiatives: team events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, wellness programs, etc.
ï‚· Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys
ï‚· Build a positive workplace culture that fosters growth and collaboration
✅ HR Operations & Compliance
ï‚· Assist in policy creation and periodic HR audits
ï‚· Prepare HR-related reports, dashboards, and documentation
ï‚· Ensure HR practices are in line with applicable labor laws and company policies
 Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR Management or related field
 Minimum 3–6 years of relevant HR experience  Working knowledge of payroll software and HRMS tools
ï‚· Strong understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
ï‚· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ï‚· Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across two organizations
ï‚· A proactive, people-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
ï‚· Strong organizational and time management skills
