Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing HR functions, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. They manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and statutory compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and selection. Collaborate with departments to meet staffing needs.


Onboarding:

Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and initial training.


Employee Relations:

Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and resolve employee issues promptly to maintain a harmonious work environment.


Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal processes, set KPIs, and guide managers on feedback and development plans.


Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and implement employee development initiatives.


Policy Development:

Create, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.


Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage compliances related to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation), Provident Fund (PF), and group insurance policies. Maintain accurate records and timely filings.


Payroll & Benefits:

Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing and manage employee benefits, including insurances and PF contributions.


HR Reporting:

Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) to provide data-driven insights for management decisions.


Culture & Engagement:

Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion through initiatives that enhance workplace culture.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2 - 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances (TDS, ESIC, PF, insurances), and HR best practices.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
