Job description Job Description: Performance Marketer Location : West Delhi Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 3+ years in Meta and Google Ads Preferred Industries : Medical and E-Commerce CTC – INR 500000 – INR 600000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the medical and e-commerce industries . Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates. Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage. Requirements Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in medical and e-commerce industries will be given preference. Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Google Ads Manager , and Meta Ads Manager . Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Technical Skills : Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic ad creation. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads . Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush , Ahrefs , or similar marketing tools. Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
