About the Role

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize

    Meta Ads

    and

    Google Ads

    campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within

    Google Ads

    and

    Meta Ads

    platforms.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage.

Requirements

  • Experience
