Typical working hours are expected to be between 5:30 PM IST and 1:30 AM IST, with some flexibility based on project needs Who are we? At Celigo, we are pioneering the future of application integration with novel strategies, cutting-edge technologies, and a diehard team committed to making even the most complex integrations just work. Our core mission is simple: to enable independent best-of-breed applications to work together as one. We believe in empowering every business user with choice—and integration should never be the blocker. About The Role We are looking for a highly collaborative, communicative, and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our global team. This individual will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to meet the evolving needs of the business. Beyond implementing configuration changes, the right candidate will actively seek context from stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and work with strong DevOps practices and tools to ensure scalable, well-documented, and predictable platform changes. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) will be prioritized in the selection process. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes). Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Develop and optimize Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex for processing large data volumes. Have basic understanding of Salesforce Integration with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and configure custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, workflows, Lightning pages, and page layouts. Create and manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls. Perform regular sandbox refreshes and install/test high-priority Salesforce updates. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Actively engage stakeholders to understand context, needs, and priorities behind change requests. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions while clarifying tradeoffs and impacts. Collaborate with other admins and developers, soliciting peer review for complex or high-impact changes to ensure alignment and stability. Change Management & DevOps: Use tools like Gearset, Jira, and Asana to manage version control, deployments, and task tracking in alignment with DevOps best practices. Data & Process Management: Import/export contact and lead data as needed, maintaining data integrity. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for data quality, adoption, and performance metrics. Leverage automation tools (flows, approvals, validation rules) to improve platform efficiency. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear, accessible documentation for system changes and configurations. Contribute to team knowledge and support onboarding, audits, and incident response. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales and/or Service Cloud). Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and best practices. Hands-on experience with Gearset, Jira, and Asana (or equivalent DevOps/project tools). Experience with user management, automation, dashboards, data imports, and sandbox management. Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – a critical requirement for collaboration across time zones. Effective project and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a distributed, global team. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (Administrator or higher preferred). Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams. Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware tools (bonus in Celigo’s domain). Experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Operations processes and systems. Basic Salesforce development and technical design skills (e.g., Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components) are a strong plus. Why You'll Love It Here We are solving a really hard problem that affects almost every business on the planet—integrating cloud apps. You get the best of both worlds: a start-up opportunity at a company that has already established itself in the market with thousands of happy customers. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company as well as the iPaaS industry as a whole. We’re at an exciting crossroads as we re-imagine the Integration and iPaaS space. This will take teamwork, creativity, strategic thinking and a willingness to advance the market. Show more Show less
