Salesforce Administrator


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the

    Salesforce administrator

    , overseeing org configuration, security model, and platform optimization.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation using

    Salesforce Flows

    for complex business processes across Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain

    custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning apps

    to support evolving business needs.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to build impactful

    reports and dashboards

    that improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage

    data quality initiatives

    : deduplication, cleansing, validation, and stewardship using Data Loader or other

    data hygiene tools

    to ensure trusted reporting.
  • Support and enhance

    integrations

    with GTM tools (e.g., People.ai, Seismic, Outreach, etc.), ensuring reliable syncs and scalability.
  • Work with IT and vendors to manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and architectural best practices to ensure the platform supports global growth.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree

    in Computer Science, Information Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience

    in mid-to-large scale orgs (multi-team/global environment preferred).
  • Salesforce

    Administrator certification required

    ; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred.
  • Deep hands-on experience with

    Salesforce Flows

    and Lightning App Builder; proven track record of replacing legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing architecture, role hierarchies, and Salesforce security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on usability and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to partner with both technical and business stakeholders.
