  • Experience with Jira for task and project tracking
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (Nice-to-Have)
  • Ability to manage legacy systems, user support, and system performance
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams
  • Experience translating business needs into IT solutions
