Providing technical consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to client inquiries will also be part of your role. Collaboration with engineering, production, and marketing teams is necessary to ensure technical feasibility, create effective sales campaigns, and achieve target sales. You will be responsible for tracking sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing regular reports to management using CRM tools. Negotiation skills will be crucial in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts, as well as closing deals with clients. Market expansion and brand positioning activities, such as representing the company at trade shows and identifying potential partnerships, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management, with at least 8 years of experience in selling solutions/ADAS in the international market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting tools is essential. A passion for innovation, advanced technology systems, and entrepreneurship is highly valued.
