Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the team of 3 ASMs along with the TSOs, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, presenting findings to senior management, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, generating and following up on sales leads, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales operations, preparing reports, and sharing market insights with the team. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth in the assigned territory. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively Proven track record in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve and exceed targets Familiarity with Sales Operations, including reporting, data management, and process optimization Ability to work independently and manage on-the-ground challenges Prior experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus Proficiency in local language(s) and English for effective communication Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is desirable
