Description

The Food and Beverage Executive will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
Develop and implement effective menus and pricing strategies.
Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene.
Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Work closely with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and menu planning.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in financial management and cost control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
