Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering Sales (volume and market share) and customer satisfaction for the respective region. Your main focus will involve driving volume and market share through demand generation, overseeing market-wise dealer performance, and ensuring customer experience at every touchpoint. Additionally, you will handle ETBR, activation plans, hyperlocal digital dealer initiatives, market activations, and infrastructure readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Drive volume & market share through demand generation and overseeing market-wise dealer performance - Ensure customer experience at every touchpoint including pre-sales and sales interactions - Handle showroom and digital customer journey effectively - Ensure timely billing of desired vehicles to customers - Manage ETBR and activation plans for generating enquiries and market coverage - Implement end-to-end special initiatives and schemes at the ground level - Drive market activations and ensure infrastructure readiness - Oversee customer experience feedback and take corrective actions - Ensure process adherence and tools/equipment availability at assigned dealerships - Manage manpower adequacy and training for exclusive Relationship Managers - Monitor spare parts and warranty management efficiently - Coordinate across charging teams in the auto, EV (PV/2w/3w), auto components, and allied industries Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in sales and at least 1 year in service/customer experience - B.E./B.Tech, MBA preferred,
