We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. Responsibilities:Conceptual Design and Development:Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture to achieve desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.Client Interaction and Collaboration:Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.Present design proposals and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the design process.Space Planning and Layout:Develop detailed space plans and layouts that optimize functionality and flow.Consider factors such as lighting, acoustics, and accessibility in design decisions.Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.Material and Furniture Selection:Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.Manage material samples and maintain a comprehensive library of resources.Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programsExcellent portfolio of previous worksCreative talent, imagination and eye for designCommunication and presentation skillsProject management skillsBS degree in Interior Design or similarUndertake design project from concept to completionDefine project requirements and schedule during the briefInterpret and translate customer needs into rough plansSet costs and project fees according to budgetResearch and decide on materials and products sourcingProduce sample and mood productsSupervise work progressWork closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructorsResearch and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.Notes :- Bangalore residing candidate only can apply this jobPreference to women candidate
