Role Overview: As a Manager Sales in the Genset Industry at Goel Power Engineers LLP, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for diesel generator sets and related electrical equipment in Mumbai/Ahmedabad. Your role will involve managing B2B sales and developing client relationships within the assigned region. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the genset and electrical equipment market segment in Mumbai/Ahmedabad and surrounding regions. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets and enhance market penetration. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, including B2B clients, contractors, and consultants. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to customer needs and technical requirements. - Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. - Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge and achieve sales objectives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, features, and applications to support customer inquiries and drive solution-based selling. - Support post-sales activities, including collection follow-up and resolving customer issues to maintain positive client relationships. Qualification Required: - Extensive experience in lead generation specific to diesel generators, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients. - Direct sales expertise related to diesel generators and electrical equipment, ensuring deep product and technical knowledge. - Demonstrated ability in selling electrical equipment, especially in B2B industrial or infrastructure sectors. - Strong knowledge of sales forecasting techniques to set achievable targets and align with organizational objectives. - Proficient in customer relationship management, with the ability to nurture and retain long-term business clients effectively. - Solid experience in B2B sales environments, handling key decision-makers and complex sales cycles in the electrical industry. - Advanced product knowledge of diesel generators, their applications, and technical aspects relevant to clients" operational needs. - Capacity to analyze sales data and market trends to identify business opportunities, optimize strategies, and drive revenue growth.,
