Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the construction and interiors industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and market share expansion.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure success.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and pursue new sales leads.

5. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, providing technical expertise and support to clients and sales team.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or interiors industry, with a proven track record of success.

2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction and interiors industry, including products, services, and trends.

3. Sales Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

4. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, developing and executing sales plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as LEED AP or CIDQ.

2. Network: Established network of contacts and relationships within the construction and interiors industry.

3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
