The role involves customer handling, document preparation, coordination with internal departments, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and end-to-end follow-up. Prepare and manage critical documentation such as agreements, demand letters, money receipts, possession letters, and intimation letters. Maintain accurate and updated CRM records including after-sales reports, customer feedback, and documentation (both digital and physical). Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and financial institutions to ensure payment tracking and service satisfaction. Coordinate with bankers for customer loan processing and disbursement formalities. Generate new sales leads from the existing customer base.
