Sales Manager – Black Opal Consultants Limited

Black Opal Consultants Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive primary real estate sales for premium residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and ensuring end-to-end deal closures aligned with monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle direct sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Maintain sales reports, follow-up trackers, and coordinate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, objections, and target-driven environments.
