We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to oversee our manufacturing and business operations. The GM will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring smooth production, managing client relationships, and leading a team towards achieving organizational goals. Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics. Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and timely order fulfillment. Assign responsibilities, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability. Build a culture of performance, discipline, and teamwork. Drive expansion into new markets and product lines (tarpaulins, tents, canvas). Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
