Store Manager - Full Time

1. Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily operations of the tarpaulin store and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory levels — monitor stock of tarpaulins, canvas rolls, fittings, ropes, and related accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchase department for timely replenishment.
• Implement stock auditing and minimise material wastage or pilferage.

2. Sales & Customer Relations

• Attend to walk-in and business customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, handle pricing negotiations, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Team Management & Coordination

• Supervise store assistants, delivery staff, and helpers.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity.
• Provide training on product knowledge, safety, and handling procedures.

4. Financial & Reporting Duties

• Maintain daily sales and expense reports.
• Coordinate with accounts for billing, receipts, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs for cash handling and documentation.

5. Process Improvement & Growth Contribution

• Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
• Implement new technology to modernise store management using automation.
• Support the business in scaling through better store presentation and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
