General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to oversee our manufacturing and business operations. The GM will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring smooth production, managing client relationships, and leading a team towards achieving organizational goals.

• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and timely order fulfillment.
• Assign responsibilities, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability.
• Build a culture of performance, discipline, and teamwork.
• Drive expansion into new markets and product lines (tarpaulins, tents, canvas).
• Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
