Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities across online and offline markets.
  • Set company annual sales targets aligned with regional and sub-regional areas.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimise sales performance.

Team & Operations Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Manage regional sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and online sales associates.
  • Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Digital & Offline Channel Oversight

  • Oversee online sales channels (website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital sales funnels).
  • Manage offline retail operations, dealer networks, and direct sales initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in sales management or business development.
  • Strong background in handling both online and offline sales operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales automation software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
