JOB DESCRIPTION – GENERAL MANAGER (STONE MINING INDUSTRY) Qualification: MBA (Mandatory) Experience: 5–10 years experience in the stone mining or related industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end mining operations and ensure compliance with all statutory norms. Coordinate with government departments such as Mining Office, DC Office, CO Office, and Pollution Control Board. Manage sales, pricing, dispatch, and overall business development. Monitor debtors, ensure timely payment collection, and maintain healthy cash flow. Lead and manage workforce teams to achieve targets and maintain discipline. Implement cost-control measures and operational efficiency improvements. Prepare reports, handle documentation, and support management in decision-making.
