Job Description

B2B Field Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of the company's
industrial product portfolio
, including
valves, compressors, pumps, and related applications
.
Conduct
regular field visits
to clients in
Jharkhand
, and parts of
Odisha & West Bengal
, primarily targeting
industrial customers
.
Understand customer needs and recommend the
right product selection and solutions
based on applications and operating conditions.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction
and
after-sales support
.
Monitor and fulfill requirements of existing clients while constantly working on
new client acquisition
.
Convert leads into orders and ensure
end-to-end sales process ownership
from inquiry to delivery and payment follow-up.
Keep track of
market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
, and share insights with the management.
Maintain accurate reporting, client feedback, and activity updates as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience
: minimum 25 years in
B2B industrial sales
, especially in
valves, compressors, pumps, or mechanical equipment
.
Prior experience in handling
industrial customers
like steel plants, cement industries, chemical plants, or manufacturing units is highly desirable.
Strong technical understanding of
fluid handling equipment
and
industrial applications
.
Excellent
communication
,
presentation
, and
relationship-building skills
.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
