Job Description

Job Summary

Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and key customers
Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the automotive domain
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align customer requirements
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with customers
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience

BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum
15 years of experience
in sales or business development within the automotive industry
Proven experience in managing large accounts and long sales cycles
Strong understanding of automotive products, manufacturing processes, and supply chain
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working with OEMs and automotive suppliers is highly preferred
