Job Description

As a Founding SDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — researching, reaching out, and qualifying high-intent leads.

This is not a “dial for dollars” role — it’s a strategic, creative, and hands-on sales position at the intersection of AI, recruiting, and SaaS. You’ll learn how to sell complex products, work directly with the founders, and help shape our GTM playbook from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers — staffing firms, RPOs, and internal TA teams in India, the US, and the UK.
  • Craft and execute personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Nurture inbound leads, understand customer pain points, and qualify them for demos.
  • Collaborate with the founders to build and iterate the sales playbook — messaging, targeting, ICP, and qualification criteria.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in our CRM.
  • Support sales calls, demos, and proposals; shadow leadership in client meetings to learn enterprise selling.
  • Continuously analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns for higher conversion.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (experience in HRTech, recruitment SaaS, or automation is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write crisp, compelling outreach messages that get replies.
  • Comfort using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset — you know how to test messaging, track metrics, and iterate fast.
  • Curiosity to understand how AI and automation are reshaping industries.
  • Hustler attitude — you take ownership, move fast, and love closing the loop.
