Role Overview:


As a Founder's Office Manager, you will support in managing high-priority initiatives, internal

communications, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in preparing

materials for investor and board meetings, crafting strategic presentations, and supporting the

execution of business development projects. This role demands flexibility, as you'll need to manage

competing priorities, handle sensitive information, and travel as needed to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

● Pitch Deck Creation: Develop persuasive pitch decks and presentation materials for

investors, partners, and key stakeholders. Past experience in crafting successful decks is

crucial

● Strategic Support: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide strategic

recommendations to the Founder and senior management based on insights

● Investor Relations: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports, as well as

respond to investor queries and manage relationships with key investors

● Board & Leadership Presentations: Create and prepare materials for board meetings,

leadership updates, and company-wide presentations.

● Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (product, marketing, finance) to

track progress on key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments

● Project Management: Take ownership of special projects designated by the Founder,

ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes


Requirements:

● MBA graduate from a premier institute with 4-5 years of work experience

● Experience in high-performance roles: consulting, VC, tech startups, or a Founder's Office

● Experience in managing investor relationships and preparing communication materials for

key stakeholders

● Ability to craft compelling, data-driven pitch decks and presentations for both internal and

external stakeholders

● Ability to conduct business analysis and interpret financial statements to generate strategic

insights and support informed decision-making

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Proficiency with modern work tools (Powerpoint/PowerBI/Excel/Sheets, data visualization)
