About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and execution-driven Chief of Staff who can seamlessly bridge the responsibilities of strategic business partner to leadership. This role requires someone with strong grassroots operational experience, a deep understanding of product and technology environments, and the ability to influence, coordinate, and drive outcomes across teams.

This individual will work closely with the CTO/Product & Technology leadership, ensuring effective decision-making, streamlined operations, and proactive engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Support & Executive Assistance

• Provide end-to-end executive support including calendar management, communication handling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to the leadership team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth execution of priorities.
• Draft, review, and manage high-quality communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Work with leadership to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across Product, Technology, and Business functions.
• Track key projects and ensure timely progress, escalation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning cycles such as OKRs, quarterly reviews, and leadership offsites.

Program & Project Management

• Lead and support high-impact projects from concept to execution with a hands-on, grassroots problem-solving approach.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, documentation, and adoption of best practices.
• Consolidate updates, metrics, and project statuses for leadership visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the communication bridge between leadership and teams; ensure decisions, expectations, and priorities are clearly understood.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, HR, and Operations to align on deliverables.
• Facilitate smooth execution of product and tech initiatives through strong stakeholder management.

Product & Technology Exposure

• Understand product roadmaps, development cycles, and technology workflows.
• Support product planning, requirement gathering, and follow-ups with engineering for key releases.
• Assist in analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Operations & Administrative Excellence

• Oversee office operations related to leadership needs, documentation, and confidential data handling.
• Ensure timely preparation of dashboards, summaries, and decision-ready documents.
• Enable leadership bandwidth by anticipating needs and proactively removing blockers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of combined experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or tech/product coordination roles.
• Strong exposure to product and technology environments, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.
• Hands-on, grassroots operational execution experience—comfortable getting into details and solving problems.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
