Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Hubli. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the executive team, streamlining organizational operations, and assisting in strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and managing key business initiatives, preparing executive-level presentations, ensuring efficient communication across departments, and managing special projects. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring progress on strategic priorities, and identifying opportunities for organizational growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
