Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning Define and own the ePharma roadmap aligned with the SuperApp vision. Translate pharmacy workflows and business needs into product features. Prioritize features considering impact, feasibility, and regulatory needs. Pharmacy Product Ownership Integrate end-to-end pharmacy, On & Offline processes: prescription management, catalog structuring, fulfillment, bundling, inventory tracking, pricing, and returns. Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination Act as the primary interface between the pharmacy vertical and external tech team. Manage requirement documentation, progress tracking, and BOT transitions. Coordinate with retail, warehouse, inventory, and marketing stakeholders. Feature Development & Execution: Lead design and delivery of key modules CMS for content and offers Structured catalog and SKU management Cart, checkout, and prescription workflows Fulfillment and last-mile integration (store + warehouse) Drug substitution and therapeutic mapping flows Address ePharma-specific needs including: like Drug interaction, Cold chain logistics, Regulatory audit trails, Multichannel fulfilment, Expiry-aware and batch-level return handling Wallet and insurance integration Subscription-based refills for chronic care Analytics & Performance Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs Education & Experience Bachelors in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred) 4-7 years in product management; 2+ years in pharmacy, eCommerce, or healthtech Preferred prior experience with tech-vendor driven development S kills & Competencies Expertise in pharmacy operations and digital order flows Strong knowledge of CMS, OMS, ERP/WMS, and catalog management tools Familiarity with drug regulations, compliance, and cold chain needs Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
