Key Responsibilities: This is going to be based at the project site in Krishnapur district, Karnataka. Land Acquisition & Statutory Compliance: Lead identification, acquisition, and due diligence of land parcels (private, government, revenue, forest) for wind farm development. Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and revenue departments to secure Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, and Easement Rights. Ensure all statutory approvals Land Conversion (NA), EC, Forest Clearance, ROW, and CRZ are obtained in time. Manage land-related documentation, title verification, and encumbrance checks with legal counsel. Construction & Execution Management: Plan and monitor construction of access roads, internal roads, crane pads, WTG foundations, and control buildings. Oversee BOQ finalization, contractor selection, and construction schedules. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of site readiness and equipment delivery. Ensure quality and HSE compliance during construction and site development phases. Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop and manage project timelines, Gantt charts, risk registers, and milestone trackers. Prepare regular MIS reports and present project status to senior leadership. Monitor budget utilization, cost control measures, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams: Legal, SCM, Design, O&M, and Finance for seamless execution. Engage with external stakeholders including government agencies, land aggregators, and contractors. Handle community relations, CSR, and local grievance redressal. Desired Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Land Management; MBA preferred. Minimum 15-18 years of experience in wind power projects with focus on land and construction. In-depth knowledge of land laws, project execution methodologies, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in handling multi-site, multi-MW wind projects. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
