We’re working with one of India’s fastest-growing digital-first consumer brands that’s redefining the way everyday categories are approached. Backed by top-tier VC funds and admired D2C entrepreneurs, the brand has scaled significantly over the last 3 years and continues to disrupt its category with innovation, sustainability, and customer obsession at the core.

As part of their next growth phase, they are hiring across key leadership roles in Brand, Business, Marketing, and Operations.


Who We’re Looking For

We are building a pool of high-performing leaders who will take ownership of one or more of the following verticals:

  • D2C Business Leadership – driving direct-to-consumer growth, customer retention, revenue expansion, and cross-functional execution
  • Brand Strategy & Communication – shaping the brand story, managing creative teams, digital campaigns, and social + influencer strategy
  • Performance Marketing & Growth – scaling paid and organic growth, optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Customer Experience & Retention – owning the customer lifecycle, loyalty, engagement, and CX-led differentiation
  • Operations & Execution – managing supply chain, fulfillment, and backend operations to ensure seamless delivery at scale


Key Responsibilities (Will Vary by Role)

  • Build and execute strategic plans aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Own end-to-end P&L, performance marketing, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams in content, creative, tech, and customer success
  • Collaborate with product and revenue teams to drive category expansion and new initiatives
  • Manage agency partnerships, vendors, creators, and brand alliances
  • Create systems to track KPIs like brand awareness, NPS, CAC, LTV, CR, ROAS, etc.
  • Stay ahead of category trends, market insights, and consumer behavior


What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in consumer-facing roles (D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or new-age brands)
  • A track record of building or scaling brands, categories, or D2C channels
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Experience with digital commerce, creative storytelling, and data-driven marketing
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
