Job Title - Software Developer (ReactJS) Work Hours: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST (5 days onsite), with Saturday & Sunday as fixed weekly offs Location: Kharadi, Pune – 411014 Unbound IA recruiting for the role of Frontend developer working on managing our Website & CRM and ensuring a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a front-end developer, you will be responsible for developing responsive code. This full-time role is open for an immediate start date and we require an experienced Front-end developer who will be able to deliver on their responsibilities to help our business keep growing. React). • Experience leading a QA / testing function and developing automation techniques to improve ongo ing quality of delivery. • Experience in building high throughput, low latency web services over Strings and Binary Protocols. • Expert-level knowledge of Client Browser to CDN to Load Balancer to Web Application Server. • Experience with architecting systems for AWS is a plus. • Experience with web paradigms such as REST, Responsive Web Design, and Test-driven. • Test-Driven Development (TDD), Dependency Injection, etc. • Experience with various technology stacks, including web application development, middleware, integration, and enterprise architecture. • Must have prior experience in managing a team comprising engineers, leads, etc. • Must possess traits of thriving to work in a start-up environment.

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create high-quality sales opportunities for our Global Account Directors. Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest in our solutions. Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them based on our ideal customer profile (ICP) for the US region. Lead Nurturing: Develop relationships with prospects through ongoing communication to move them through the sales funnel. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Directors. CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all prospecting activities and pipeline progression. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, activities, and results to executive team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role in a B2B environment. Preferably at a Software or IT company in India. Understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters highly preferred) Experience in the B2B marketing or software/IT industry. Familiarity with Demand Generation strategies.
