As a Human Resources Executive Recruitment at Kumaraguru Institutions, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in higher education institutions or industry, is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are imperative for engaging with candidates effectively. Proficiency in data handling, MIS, and reporting for recruitment analytics is essential.
