Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying talent needs, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, the role involves coordinating recruitment campaigns, collaborating with department leads, and facilitating training sessions to ensure optimal team performance and alignment with organizational goals.
