Role Overview We are hiring a Head — Sponsorship & Partnerships to build and scale AGX’s national commercial strategy. You’ll own high-value partnerships, shape sponsor integration across all AGX experiences, and lead a growing partnerships team across regions. What You Will Lead Architect AGX’s national sponsorship strategy for summits, retreats & private programs Own end-to-end revenue (pipeline → pitch → closure → fulfilment) Create premium sponsor offerings and bespoke activation formats Build and lead the national partnerships team Drive enterprise-level conversations with CXOs, developers, hospitality groups & design leaders Work cross-functionally with content, curation, production & marketing Ensure partner expectations are exceeded at every touch point What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Build a high-quality sponsorship pipeline across 3 regions Close 1–2 anchor deals Standardise partner decks, pricing & ROI frameworks Establish monthly reporting cadence & forecasting discipline Strengthen relations with top 20 prospective partners Key KPIs Quarterly Revenue Delivery Pipeline Value & Win Rate Partner Retention & Renewals Deal Closure Time Must-Have Experience 7–12 years in sponsorship, partnerships or enterprise B2B sales Proven record of closing high-value deals (CXO-level) Experience in events, media, hospitality, luxury, or real estate ecosystems Strong commercial storytelling & negotiation skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Ability to travel for events (25–40%) Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), PowerPoint/Google Slides, proposal creation tools.
