Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying talent needs, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, the role involves coordinating recruitment campaigns, collaborating with department leads, and facilitating training sessions to ensure optimal team performance and alignment with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to attract and secure top talent
• Experience conducting structured and effective Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills for candidate engagement and departmental collaboration
• Ability to design and conduct Training programs that align with team goals
• Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
