Job Description

150-acre campus in Coimbatore

academic blocks, auditoriums, laboratories, meeting halls, student hostels, guest houses, cafeteria/mess blocks, and other utilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day campus facility operations, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping.
Supervise a large team of on-roll and contract staff across various facilities.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
Coordinate with academic departments and leadership for event infrastructure and logistics.
Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across the premises.
Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effective facility operations.
