Manage day-to-day operations of the auditorium ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and safety at all times. Coordinate event bookings, schedules, and logistics with clients and community partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, event organizers, and vendors. Supervise maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams; ensure all systems (lighting, sound, air conditioning) are in good working condition. Maintain records of bookings, maintenance, and facility usage. Ensure the auditorium meets standards of accessibility and universal design. Work Experience Preferably a Graduate in Facility Management, Hospitality, Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in managing facilities, events, or hospitality operations. Strong attention to detail, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and client service. Sensitivity to inclusion and accessibility in workplace design and service delivery
