Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute community development programmes, from concept to impact. Work closely with volunteers, institutional teams, and external stakeholders to mobilize resources, partnerships, and sponsorships . Take initiative in launching new projects , identifying community needs, and defining scope and objectives. Work with student scholars on building their profile. Oversee event planning, fieldwork, coordination, and execution with attention to outcomes and impact. Maintain clear and consistent documentation, reporting , and storytelling of progress and results. We’re looking for: Individuals with leadership spirit. Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills. The ability to work independently while aligning with the mission and spirit of Namadhu Pangu.
