Your role as a Recruitment Specialist will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment process at our on-site location in Kochi. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their staffing requirements and offer training on recruitment processes.
