Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Tides International Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing study abroad and overseas job consultancy headquartered in Kochi. We specialize in providing education and job opportunities for candidates in GCC, Europe, and beyond. Our Calicut branch is looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front office operations and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for client queries.
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and candidates at the front desk.
• Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings.
• Maintain client records, inquiries, and follow-up trackers.
• Provide accurate information about company services and guide walk-in candidates.
• Assist in administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and maintain a professional environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Plus Two / Graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English, Malayalam (spoken & written).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling, receptionist, or customer support roles will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
