Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting administrative and communication functions of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.

Telecalling & Communication

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to clients/customers for inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, or promotions as assigned.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, or policies.
  • Record call details and maintain call logs and databases.

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
  • Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain records, files, and basic documentation.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
