Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller (Female Preferred) Company: Tides International Pvt. Ltd. Maintain client records, inquiries, and follow-up trackers. Provide accurate information about company services and guide walk-in candidates. Assist in administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with internal teams. Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and maintain a professional environment. Required Qualifications: Minimum education: Plus Two / Graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent). Proficiency in English, Malayalam (spoken & written). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to multitask. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in telecalling, receptionist, or customer support roles will be an advantage. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
