📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates effectively.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  

🎯 Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
