Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across PR and corporate communications
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain and analyze recruitment data for MIS reporting
• Work with talent management software and databases to streamline hiring processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or consulting background preferred)
• Strong data orientation and familiarity with MIS reporting
• Hands-on experience with ATS or talent management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
