Role Highlights: • Build strong client relationships, addressing feedback and providing solutions. • Conduct tutorials, training, and support sessions. • Monitor user activity, increase engagement, and adoption. • Travel to client locations for meetings and training. • Stay updated on tech trends, especially Generative AI. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform. • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: • Fresh graduates or those pursuing a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Science, Mass Communication, or related fields. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. • Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Comfort with emerging technologies, especially Generative AI. • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tool knowledge is a plus!
