Client Success Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Client Partner in this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts. Your main duties will include engaging with assigned accounts, meeting client expectations, cross-selling, and developing strategic engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with clients. You will support senior Client Partners by assisting in tasks such as SOW support, contract negotiations, and financial management of accounts to ensure portfolio profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a proven track record of creating satisfied customers - Own overall client satisfaction and drive growth and evolution of clients - Manage and forecast revenue growth independently to achieve company targets - Handle escalations, communicate changes, troubleshoot problems, and ensure client and company commitments are met - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to propose suitable solutions and innovations - Manage client communication efficiently and resolve client escalations in a timely manner - Lead client engagement meetings and collaborate with implementation delivery teams on scope, contract, and risk management Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in a client-facing role with excellent client relationship skills - Business acumen to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients - Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset - Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in growing and managing complex client relationships in an information technology environment Note: For any questions or further clarification, please direct your inquiries to careers@simplifyhealthcare.com.,
