Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst position will perform extensive Functional and Regression testing while maintaining test suites. This position on the Claims1 Team will report to the Test Lead. Quality Assurance Analysts work with a small team to ensure our products meet the organizations quality standards before delivering software to the clients. Additionally, the Senior QA Analyst will support and mentor junior members by explaining Quality Assurance processes. Responsibilities: Support Quality Assurance Team Lead for all testing activities. Create functional test design (Test Scenarios and Test Cases) for manual testing. Analyse test results, identify issues, and report bugs. Participate in test reviews and provide support and clarifications as needed. Coordinate with multiple teams for Software Releases. Ensure all testing deliverables and reports are version-controlled and accessible. Think outside the box by quickly identifying tests or functional edge cases outside of the expected functionality workflow. Become an expert in API Testing, UX Testing, UI Testing and DB Testing. Required Skills: 5+ years of Testing web-based applications. 5+ years of Performing System Testing, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Tests, Smoke Tests, Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 5+ years of using SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile. 5+ years of creating Quality Assurance Reports (e.g. Execution, Open Defects, etc). 5+ years using defect-tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or JIRA). 3+ years of API Testing, Soap UI, RESTFul Services. Strong understanding of SQL. Understanding Claims Processing in the United States Healthcare domain knowledge. Knowledge of Facets or Qnxt preferred. Education: Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to software quality (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, GDPR). Quality Assurance Testing certification is preferred. Completion of B.E. / B.Tech / B.C.A. / M.E. / M.Tech /, M.C.A /M.C.M/B.C.S/M.C.S from a recognized institute is preferred.
