Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ESG audits, ISO standards implementation (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and stakeholder engagement. This role will require travel to client locations and interaction with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ESG audits and assessments in alignment with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, BRSR, and TCFD. Support implementation and certification of ISO standards: ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS). Perform ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for client disclosures and compliance. Draft and implement sustainability/ESG strategies for clients across sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, and infrastructure. Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to drive ESG and ISO best practices. Prepare audit documentation, gap assessments, compliance reports, and risk matrices.
