Recruitment Manager

Primary Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs based on business growth and turnover rates. Set KPIs and metrics for recruitment performance. 2. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media. Partner with recruitment agencies and consultants when needed. 3. Interviewing & Selection Oversee and participate in interview panels for key positions. Ensure interview processes are structured, unbiased, and aligned with role requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions. 4. Employer Branding Promote the company as an employer of choice through career fairs, online presence, and branding campaigns. Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. 5. Recruitment Operations Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. 6. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between HR and business departments for hiring needs. Present regular reports and insights to senior management on hiring progress and challenges. 7. Onboarding & Transition Work closely with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Monitor feedback from new hires to enhance future recruitment and onboarding.
