A Recruitment Manager oversees the hiring process for an organization, focusing on attracting, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions. They work closely with HR teams, department heads, and external agencies to ensure efficient staffing that aligns with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, compliance with employment laws, and building a talent pipeline.
